With the floor plan of our house, we can rent just the first floor or the entire house. The rooms that you do not use are locked, and, of course, remain vacant, while you are here. In other words, we do not rent the house to different people at the same time the way a Bed and Breakfast does.

Rates vary by season and some holidays and events have special rates.

The highest rates are from April 1 - August 31; the week of Thanksgiving; the week of Christmas; and the week of New Years. CMA week has its own rate.

The lowest rates are from September 1 - March 31.

Reservation and Check In

When making a reservation, you will speak to the owner, Yvonne Johnson. Yvonne or the property manager will meet you at check in to show you around and answer any questions. Otherwise, a lock box containing the key is provided for simple check-in if your arrival time is too early or too late for someone to meet with you. Then, at your earliest convenience, Yvonne or the property manager will meet with you to to explain how to use everything and answer your questions.
